- Hi, Luiza. When and how did you choose the magical, creative world of makeup? What is the main reason of choosing it?
- Hello, Anna. Since the childhood, I was applying makeup to my sisters using the makeup kits of my
mother. I was being inspired to see girls with beautiful makeup. I think that makeup is one of the most feminine professions and that it has a therapeutic function, that is to feel better.
- Please, tell a little bit about yourself, your childhood, education, professional education.
- I am doing makeup since I was 16 years old, at the same time studying at Yerevan State University,
Faculty of Psychology.
Makeup is the field which fills my day with positive energy, and makes my life colorful.
I cooperate with various artists and bloggers in Armenia, actively leading my own Instagram page, which makes me being famous also outside the borders of Armenia.
I am active not only as a makeup artist, but also as a teacher. I have a lot of students from all over the world. I have both individual and group courses, thus for instance, “Do-it-yourself makeup artist”,
“Professional makeup”, “Qualification improvement”.
Worth to be mentioned that in spite all the mentioned, I conduct such a price policy which is convenient for everyone. It’s my little gift to all the women.
- As we know, you like to travel. What is your favorite country and why?
- I think that many people like to travel, but few have thought about why they like to do that. First, I will highlight the impressions we got from the trip, which always stay with us.
Travel makes us appreciate what we already have.
I like to travel as it gives me the sense of entire freedom. Travel allows you to escape from "everyday"
life, see things you have only seen in movies, try new things and meet new people. It expands your
worldview and fills your soul.
I like the countries where you are closer to nature.
- What is your most daring step, case?
- I bought a car for myself, without informing my family members, and surprised them, because they
didn't even know that I wish to drive.
- Luiza, what is your advice, to what should the girls pay attention to in order to look more
fashionable and stylish, to appearance or clothes?
- I would recommend that the primary thing is to stay in shape and eat healthy. It is very important to take care of skin, choose the right cosmetics.
The first is skincare: cleansing, nourishing and moisturizing.
We only emphasize our natural beauty with cosmetic products. Therefore, if you have dry skin, try to
moisturize it more often, nourish it with cream, masks, serum and other effective cosmetic products.
Makeup of young girls should be as natural as possible.
It is important that every girl should have her own unique style. Of course, you should follow the world trends, but buy clothes that will suit you and in which you will feel yourself more relaxed and confident.
I will also advise you to wear brighter colors, which will influence on your mood as well.
- The most popular, trendy makeup that you also prefer.
- Natural, light, delicate makeup is fashionable.
Let me refer to separate parts of the face: the color of the lips is natural, you can add some wet lipstick (gloss), the eyebrows are ungroomed, in their natural form, the face is without clear contours. Along with all this, we can emphasize the eyes or lips.
- Luiza, what is your biggest achievement?
- The fame that I have at this age. That is more important to me than material achievements.
I will highlight 2 large-scale Master Classes in Armenia with the world's largest organizations: MAC and Givenchy.
- What should a woman be like nowadays?
- I have noticed that nowadays women are more ambitious, brave and of fighting type. I wish them
never be broken down under any circumstances and strive to achieve their imagined perfection.
-What is the result of the wrong makeup, which you personally saw during your working experience?
- Every girl should know her own skin type and choose appropriate cosmetics, avoiding non-original
products that damage the skin. I also notice wrong contouring applied that over accentuates the part
they want to cover up. It is also not good to apply the pencil too much outside the contour of the lips.
- What would you wish the girls who have a dream?
- I wish them to be self-educated, because we live in such an age where we all constantly need to learn.
Also love their job, as you cannot succeed without that. Always try to be improved more and establish
yourself in your chosen profession. Be goal oriented and never stop dreaming.
- What projects are you currently working on? Share your current and future career plans.
- I, together with my producer, are currently working on an online unique project in Armenia. I am the
first in Armenia who will conduct online makeup courses. We are constantly dealing with the effects of
modern technologies, and these effects could not have their role in the field of makeup as well.
The online makeup platform has endless possibilities and advantages.
